Terms of service.

What you buy

A website build at the tier you choose, which includes a LinkedIn audit and rewrite; a Website Audit; or a LinkedIn Audit and Optimization; at the fixed price shown at checkout. Build prices are the total amount for the build.

Your domain

Your domain must be registered in your own name. New domains are bought through GoDaddy. You give us access, ideally through GoDaddy's delegate access, so we can connect your site, and the domain remains yours.

Timing

Your website goes live within seven days of us receiving your completed brief, access to your domain and any content, files or approvals we ask for. If any of these are incomplete or arrive late, the seven days start from the day everything reaches us. Before launch, we review and audit your site, and it goes live once it meets our standard and you have approved it. If we have not received your brief within two working days of payment, we will contact you to help you complete it.

Approval and revisions

Nothing goes live without your approval of the copy and positioning. Each build includes two rounds of revisions before launch.

Ownership

You own your website and its content. You may move the site to your own hosting at any time, after which we no longer manage it.

Hosting

Hosting is a separate plan, Care or Growth, chosen at checkout. Hosting is charged automatically from the day your site goes live, to the payment method you used at checkout, monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing cath@ghostos.tech, with no lock-in, effective at the end of the current billing period. On cancellation we hand the site over for you to host yourself. Edits outside your plan are quoted before we start.

Refunds

Website builds and LinkedIn Audit and Optimization. If you change your mind before you submit your brief, you may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund. When you submit your brief, you ask us to start work straight away, and from that point the fee is not refundable. Revisions are handled through the two rounds included in every build, not through refunds.

If we cannot deliver. If, for reasons within our control, we cannot deliver the website we promised, we refund the build fee in full. Delays caused by an incomplete brief, late approvals or domain access do not count as non-delivery.

Website Audit. Cancel before we begin the review for a full refund. Once the review has started, the fee is not refundable. The gifted second audit has no cash value.

Hosting. Payments already made are not refunded. If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of its start, we refund the unused full months.

How to request a refund. Email cath@ghostos.tech with your name and payment reference. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 working days. This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law of your country.
