About the audit.
How many pages does it cover?
Sites up to 15 pages. Larger sites are quoted separately.
How does the gifted audit work?
When you send us your website, you can add the name, email and website of the person you want to gift the second audit to. We email them, review their site to the same standard, and send their report directly to them.
Is the audit fee credited against a build?
No. The audit stands on its own, and the report is yours to act on with us or with anyone else.
How is this different from the free checklist?
The free checklist is something you work through yourself. The Website Audit is done for you, with evidence for every finding, and tells you exactly what to fix first.
What is your refund policy?
If you change your mind before you submit your brief, we refund you in full, within 14 days of payment. Once your brief is in, work starts straight away and the build fee is not refundable. If we cannot deliver what we promised, we refund you in full. Hosting can be canceled any time. The full policy is in our terms.
